This spring, I had the honour of capturing a sweet and simple wedding at Winchester Registry. The weather was perfect, the couple was beaming, and the setting couldn't have been more picturesque.
The couple, planning a bigger celebration in Hungary later in the year, opted for a small ceremony at the registry. They didn't mind seeing each other before the ceremony, so we took advantage of the beautiful grounds for some couple photoshoot fun. Winchester Registry, dating back to 1833, provided the perfect backdrop with its charming architecture and lovely Peninsula Square.
The ceremony took place in the cosy Avalon room, where only a handful of loved ones gathered to witness the exchange of vows. Inside the registry office, the historic stairwell and elegant features added a touch of grandeur to the occasion, while outside, the cobbled streets offered a quaint setting for more photos.
For couples looking for an intimate wedding venue, Winchester Registry is a gem. Its historic charm and intimate spaces make for a romantic and memorable day.
